Orders & Delivery

Refunds & Policies

Change-of-mind refunds are not available for digital products once access has been delivered. If you have concerns about a product before purchasing, contact us first — we will help you make a fully informed decision.
If the delivered content materially differs from what was advertised, contact support within 7 days of purchase with your order details. We will investigate and resolve the issue — including a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Licenses & Usage

This depends on the license included with your specific product. Products with a Commercial or PLR license explicitly permit client and commercial use. Personal Use licenses are for private, non-commercial use only.
Only products sold under MRR (Master Resell Rights) may be resold. PLR products may be rebranded and sold as your own. Personal Use products may not be redistributed or resold under any circumstance.
PLR and MRR licensed products may be modified freely. Personal Use products should be used as-is. Specific modification rights are always clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
