Our order process is conducted by our online reseller LemonSqueezy.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. When you download our premium bundles, automation tools, or mastery libraries, you are accessing assets that have been tested, verified, and packaged to the highest industry standards. All assets within the 'Vault' are strictly digital products; no physical goods will be shipped.
By completing a purchase on DigitlStock.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and provide your irrevocable agreement to all terms outlined in this document. These terms apply to all current and future purchases made under your account.
Our Promise: We believe clarity is a form of respect. These terms are written to protect both parties — and to ensure you always know exactly what you own, how you can use it, and who to contact if something goes wrong.
All products sold on DigitlStock are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Because access is granted the moment your transaction is processed — and because digital files cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense — all sales are final and non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you provide your express consent to begin the digital supply immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to a 14-day withdrawal period once the download has started. This policy is an industry-standard protection for digital intellectual property.
You acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund for: change of mind, accidental purchase, technical issues on your end, or failure to utilize the assets provided. We only consider replacements or credits in the rare event of a proven technical defect in the file itself that our team cannot resolve within 48 hours.
- Subjective Reasons: Change of mind or dissatisfaction with creative style after purchase.
- Unutilized Assets: Any product that has been accessed or downloaded but "not used."
- User Errors: Purchasing the wrong product or duplicate purchases made under the same account.
- Technical Incompatibility: Failure to ensure your device or software is compatible with the file formats.
- Lack of Expertise: Inability to effectively use the assets due to a lack of technical knowledge.
- Technical Defects: If a file is proven to be corrupt, we will provide a working replacement or a repaired version within 48 hours.
- Duplicate Billing: If our system confirms you were charged twice for the same transaction ID, the extra charge will be voided.
- Access Restoration: If a link is broken, we will issue a new mirror link within 24 hours of your support request.
*Refunds are only issued as a last resort if a technical replacement is impossible.*
If you experience a genuine technical issue with your delivery, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase at support@digitlstock.com. We will investigate and resolve legitimate delivery failures promptly.

License Constraints: To maintain the value of our assets, MRR holders are prohibited from redistributing the Vault assets for free or at a price lower than 50% of our current retail price. Furthermore, DigitlStock provides the assets but does not provide individual technical training on how to use third-party AI platforms.
Every DigitlStock product is delivered via a secure, private Google Drive vault. Upon purchase, you will receive a unique access link directly to your email — no account creation required. This grants you ongoing access to the assets and all future updates associated with your purchase.
We commit to maintaining your access for the lifetime of the DigitlStock platform. In the rare event that a link becomes inaccessible due to Google's automated systems or technical migration, we will issue a refreshed mirror link within 48 business hours of your verified request. Please note that while we provide cloud access, the user is responsible for local storage and backups to ensure permanent offline availability.
Important: Do not share your private Drive link publicly. Sharing links may trigger Google's abuse detection systems and result in your access being suspended. DigitlStock is not liable for link revocations caused by unauthorized sharing.
Your license grants you access to a world-class library of digital assets. It does not, however, grant unlimited or unrestricted rights. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and potential legal action.
While specific licenses (like MRR) allow you to resell individual products or bundles to end-users, you are strictly prohibited from using our curated library to build a competing marketplace or direct clone of DigitlStock. You may not copy our store structure, branding, or position our entire compiled library as your own original creation. Your license is for the assets, not for our business model or brand identity.
Your purchase is tied to a single user. Sharing your account credentials or private Drive access link with third parties is strictly prohibited. Each link is unique to the purchaser, and unauthorized sharing may result in the suspension of access without a refund.
reserves the right to pursue legal remedies — including injunctions and claims for damages — against any individual or entity found to be in material breach of these restrictions. We take intellectual property seriously, and we act on violations.

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Any references to income potential, time saved, productivity gains, or business results — whether on our website, in marketing materials, or in customer testimonials — represent individual experiences and are not a promise of equivalent results for any other user.
Your results depend entirely on factors outside our control: your skills, effort, consistency, market conditions, business strategy, and the specific way you apply these tools. DigitlStock, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising from your use — or inability to use — any product purchased from this platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
